多伦多强风来袭 恐大面积停电
加拿大环境部已经为多伦多和安大略省南部大部分地区发布了一份特别天气声明，预测周六下午将出现强风，甚至可能导致大多地区大面积停电。
该声明是在星期六清晨5点后发布的，预测从下午开始出现阵风，最高时速可达80公里，并持续到晚上。
