一名欧盟外交官员表示，欧盟成员国1日已暂时同意每桶60美元的俄油价格上限，同时附有调整机制，以便把上限的水准限制在比市价低5%。
路透报道，该名官员说，希望俄油上限愈低愈好的波兰，需在今天同意这项协议，这项提案将在2日之前通过书面程序，由所有的欧盟成员国核准。
