目前加拿大新冠肺炎疫情形势严峻，自加赴华输入确诊病例持续出现。令人震惊和遗憾的是，回国确诊人员中，仍然存在“双检测”后擅自随意外出而染疫的现象，严重危害自身健康和公共卫生安全。其中，有的赴华前几天去KTV、游戏室等娱乐场所，有的频繁去餐厅、逛超市，有的行前多次与朋友聚会。
为加强疫情防控，确保赴华旅客健康安全，驻加拿大使领馆再次提醒如下：
请务必遵守“非必要、非紧急、不旅行”原则，尽量避免乘航班远行。如确有急事必须赴华，请提前做好必要安排，检测后严格自我闭环管理，不要外出并做好7天健康监测，如实填写自我健康状况监测表。如有瞒报，须承担相应的法律后果。
如出行前出现疑似症状，请取消行程，及时检测就医。出行时，请务必加强赴机场途中与办理登机手续时，以及机上个人防疫，尽可能与他人保持社交距离。
